i appreciated the convenient location, a short walk from piazza san marco and the #7 ferry station to murano. the room was clean and surprisingly spacious (plenty of space for luggage). the hotel provided welcome gifts, a nice touch that i enjoyed.

the bathroom was a bit small. it lacked sufficient space to comfortably place toiletries.

the location was acceptable, placing me close to key attractions.

The room was a letdown. It felt quite cramped. i needed a desk for work, and there wasn't one available. the wardrobe space was also surprisingly minimal. It was barely enough to store my belongings. this really impacted the functionality of the room.

I found the check-in process at the front desk quick! The minibar was included, that was nice. I appreciated having everything I might need for my stay. I really appreciated how close the room was to the main square!

The heating made a cling-cling sound after a few minutes of silence, it was a bit disconcerting.

i found the staff kind the location is prime to everything. it is within a couple minutes from san marco. the area remains quiet in the evening. i appreciated the efficient airport transfer arranged by the hotel , made my departure stress free.

the bathroom size was a bit minimal and the towels provided were not very many.

The staff arranged early morning transport to the airport. they provided help and were always courteous. the family room worked well for my family. the rooms had free water, yogurt, juice, and crackers. A lovely touch. the staff made the beds and replaced everything each night, a great service.

the bathroom had minimal toiletries, i would've preferred more.
